This August we launched Objects and Order 3.0. We've been building throughout 2026, and we're excited to share some highlights of the expanded features and functionality with you.
Dashboard
The first thing you'll notice is the updated Dashboard. This is where you'll see your Bases, news and updates, and have quick access to the helpful guides.
A Base is your dedicated space for organizing object data, media, and content, and for creating and publishing digital exhibitions. You can start a Base for an entire collection or for one exhibition or project.
From the avatar at upper right, you can visit your Account, Resources, Sign out, or change to light or dark mode.

New Ways to Navigate
We've also introduced two new ways to navigate: the Sidebar Menu, which you can keep open or closed, and the Quick Access Menu, which appears as a drop-down.
Use either menu to easily access Objects, Blueprints, Modules, Exhibitions, Datasets, and Settings. And in v3, you also have central access to all your Files.

Objects
Objects are at the heart of the Objects and Order System. Now you can search, filter, and sort objects faster than ever, with new views to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
Complementing the Grid View is the Table View. When you filter by a Blueprint and select Table View, you'll see the information entered in the Blueprint fields. Here we're sorting by Date.

Now you can review an Object in View Mode, so you can see the information without the form fields. And, if you add a Base Member and assign them the role of Viewer, this is what they'll see when they view an object.

Blueprints
Blueprints are the customizable data schemas for the objects in your Base. Think of them as custom forms with custom data fields for your objects and projects.
Version 3 brings several new Blueprint field types to make object data entry smoother and more intuitive, while always retaining flexibility.

Modules
One of the most exciting v3 updates is the addition of new Modules for sharing objects. Modules are customizable, embeddable digital features that highlight objects.
We've added 4 Module types: Objects Viewer, Comparison, Datapoints, and Timeline. And now you can add a published Module to an exhibition. Additionally, you can now password protect a published Module.

Exhibitions
We added two new Blocks to the Exhibition Builder, Timeline and Module, and updated the Floating Editor to help you better customize layout and display.

Files
You'll find a dedicated Files page in Version 3, with all the digital assets in your Base. Keyword search, filter by file type, sort, and locate the file you need with ease.

Settings
In Settings, you'll now be able to grant more granular permissions to your Base Members, who can now be designated as an Admin, Editor, or Viewer.

There's so much more to see and explore in v3. Sign up or Sign in, take a look, and let us know what you think.
Reach out if you'd like a short demo of any aspect of the system. We'd love to show you more!
