This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), posted by Objects and Order LLC (collectively, “Objects and Order,” “we,” “us,” “our”), describes and explains our practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of information through objectsandorder.com (our “Website”) and our cloud services (the "Services"). It also provides information on the privacy rights of our Website visitors and Users of our Services (“you,” “your”). Please read it carefully. A. Information Collected & How We Use It
1. Visitor Data when you visit our Website:

- Date, time, and duration of visit

- Device type information, including screen resolution

2. Account Information when you Sign Up for an Account:

- Your first and last name (if provided)
- Your company name (if provided)
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your profile photo (if provided)
When you create an Account to access our Services, we collect and use various types of information that include your Personal Information. “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual person or household.
We use Account Information to manage your Account and to communicate with you when you sign in to your Account and via email and/or SMS.
When you create an Account, you will set a password. We do not have access to and cannot retrieve User passwords. We use Google Identity Platform for authentication.
3. Subscription Information when you subscribe to the Services:
- Your first and last name (if provided)
- Email addresses of your MOON Object System Base Member invitees (PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS UNLESS YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO DO SO. INVITEES MUST BE AGE 18 OR OLDER.)
- Email addresses of your Base Members
- Your billing address (if applicable)
We use Subscription Information to process, facilitate, and manage your subscription to the Services (for you and your Base Members), to provide support, and to communicate with you about billing.
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management services. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for information on how they collect and process personal data: Stripe Privacy Center.
4. Your User Content and Usage Data:
When you use the Services, you or your Base Members may submit User Content to the Services. "User Content" means data, information, files, materials, or other content submitted to the Services.
We will not access or view your User Content unless you provide permission for us to do so in order to provide support.
We collect Usage Data related to User Content:
- Numbers of objects and modules
- Numbers of and size of files
- Base storage metrics
- Base History logs
- API access and volume (if applicable)
We use User Content and Usage Data related to User Content to provide facilitate, and improve the Services for our Users.
5. When you communicate with us by submitting questions, comments, and support queries:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your question, comment, and/or description of the issue
- Usage information related to the issue, including your device, operating system, and browser
We use your questions and comments to assist you in visiting our Website and using the Services, and to improve and enhance the Website and Services.
6. When you voluntarily participate in promotions, surveys, or beta testing:

B. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. Our Services are not intended for and should not be used by anyone under the age of 18. We do not track users when they leave our Website or click through to third-party websites.

1. When You Ask Us to Make Your User Content Available:
When you or your Base Members: (a) submit User Content to the Services; (b) publish and share User Content through the Services; (c) export User Content through the Services; or (d) make User Content available via our API, we comply with your request to make User Content available.
2. To Third-Party Service Providers:
We may provide your information to third-party service providers that provide Website analytics, hosting and storage services, user account management, security services, billing and payment processing, subscription management services, and email delivery for our Services.

4. To Protect and Enforce our Rights:

We may disclose and aggregate de-identified data (information that does not identify an individual person or user) in any way, at our sole discretion.
D. Transfer of Information
Objects and Order is established in the United States. We may transfer, store, and process your information and data outside the state or country in which you live, including through a third-party service provider. By using our Website and Services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may not provide the same level of protection as those in your jurisdiction.
E. International User Rights
Users in certain jurisdictions have specific privacy rights regarding their personal data:
- EEA & UK (GDPR & UK GDPR): You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, request data portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent.

F. Security of Information
Objects and Order takes the security of information seriously. While we strive to maintain technical, physical, and administrative safeguards by taking commercially reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, or disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information, including during transmission and storage. Use of our Website and Services is at your own risk.
G. Retention of Information
We will retain information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use information to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.
We will retain User Content as outlined below:
- For an active Level 01 Base, we will retain User Content until the Base Owner: (a) deletes User Content; or (b) deletes the Base. We reserve the right to delete an inactive Level 01 Base after providing no less than thirty (30) days notice to the Base Owner.
- For a Level 02 or Level 03 Base with an active Base Subscription, we will retain User Content until the Base Owner or the Base Owner’s Base Members delete User Content.
- For a Level 02 or Level 03 Base with a canceled Base Subscription, we will retain User Content for no less than sixty (60) days after the Cancellation Date, during which time Base Data remains available to the Base Owner for export. After sixty (60) days, we may permanently delete a Base with a canceled subscription, along with all User Content therein.
- Once User Content or a Base has been permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored.
We will retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Services, or if we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
H. Accessing Your Information and Receiving Information from Us
You can access, update, manage, correct, and delete your Account information, change your password, and update your profile photo on your Objects and Order Account page.
When you sign up for an Account, you have the option to elect to receive news, updates, and offers from us via email. You can update your preference for receiving these types of messages on your Account page.
You may request deletion of your Objects and Order Account from your Account page.
You may update, correct, amend, or delete your User Content within the Services.
