We created the MOON Object System to help museum teams, collectors, and artists flexibly organize object collections and projects in the way that works best for them, and to create and share digital content using their object data and assets.
It all begins with a Base, a dedicated space for objects.
There are three Base Levels: 01, 02, and 03. Every Base begins at Level 01, which is free for up to 100 objects (no credit card required). Then, once you're ready to add more objects and new Base Members, you can start a monthly subscription (Level 02 or Level 03).

Here's how:
Click Create a Base for Free or any of the Base cards.
Give your Base a name (like Museum of History or Prints Collection) and choose a color. Click Create Your Account to Sign Up for your free Objects and Order account.
Enter your email address and a strong password with at least 12 characters. After reviewing our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, click Accept and Sign Up when you're ready.
Welcome to the MOON Object System! Take a quick tour of the system. From here, you can either continue to MOON to check out your new Base or visit your Objects and Order Account page.
When you first visit MOON, you’ll see two Bases, the Base you created and the Sandbox. The Sandbox has 5 sample objects. The Sandbox is the perfect place to get a feel for the system and see how flexible it is. Your new Base is on Level 01, which lets you manage up to 100 objects for free. Just click the Base card to access your Base.
You’ll start on the Objects page with some helpful prompts. While you can start adding objects right away, we recommend that you check out Blueprints first. Blueprints are custom forms that you design especially for your objects and projects. For a Level 01 Base, you can create 4 additional Blueprints. From your Objects and Order Account page, you can upload a profile photo, verify your email, and add your first and last name and other information. On the right, you’ll see your Bases. Clicking the Base will take you to that Base’s Settings page.
From the Account dropdown, you can select dark or light mode.
You can view your Base’s stats, information, and history in Settings. You can also download object data or delete your Base. When you’re ready to add more objects, more Blueprints, and publish Modules, upgrade your Base Level to Level 02 or Level 03.
