New Base Subscription Level Plans
New Base levels are available.
- Level 01: free with space for up to 100 objects - no credit card required
- Level 02: up to 5,000 objects for $25/mo
- Level 03: up to 100,000 objects for $50/mo
Now, every Base begins at Level 01.

Auto-Increment Field Updates
Updated the Auto-Increment field type, which is designed to handle accession numbers, catalog IDs, and other sequential identifiers.
Key Features:
- Template-Based Generation: Create custom ID formats using variables: {year}, {month}, and {seq}
- Flexible Control: Configure start numbers, minimum length, and increment rules
- Generate and Edit: Enforce consistency while allowing manual overrides when needed
- Real-Time Preview: See how your IDs will look before implementing them
For example, you can now automatically generate IDs like:
- 2025.001.01 for accession numbers
- DOC-2025-0001 for document tracking
- PHOTO-2025-123 for photography collections
- 0001 for minimum length IDs with leading zeros
This system adapts to your needs while maintaining data integrity and preventing duplicate IDs.
Object Files View:
- Improved UI and access to Files.
- New object level search across files and file metadata.
- New File filtering allows immediate filtering of images, videos, documents, etc.
- Highlight Base storage details on object files page.
Advanced File Validation:
- Multi-layer file signature verification for additional file types:
- psd, ai, indd, aep, prproj, ttf, otf, woff, woff2, eot, flac, rtf, pages, numbers, cr2, nef, arw
- Updated file type confirmation
- Updated Content-type validation and sanitization
Updated Removal Confirmations
We've updated the removal confirmations across MOON to be more consistent.
Deletion/removal of a Base now requires confirmation with a random code (similar to multiple object removal) for security.
